A đang là giám đốc công ty TNHH Hoa Mai; B đang là chủ Doanh nghiệp TN Bình Minh và C đang là nhân viên hợp đồng của sở GD&ĐT tỉnh Thái Nguyên muốn thành lập một công ty TNHH kinh doanh trong lĩnh vực tư vấn pháp lý đặt trụ sở tại Thái Nguyên (biết rằng dịch vụ tư vấn pháp lý là ngành nghề kinh doanh cần có chứng chỉ hành nghề và giấy chứng nhận đủ điều kiện kinh doanh). Hỏi: a. Theo anh (chị) A, B và C có thể thành lập được công ty TNHH kể trên không? Tại sao?
b. Giả sử doanh nghiệp được thành lập, anh (chị) hãy tư vấn giúp A, B và C những giấy tờ cần chuẩn bị và các bước cơ bản cần tiến hành để thành lập DN kinh doanh hợp pháp trong lĩnh vực trên? Biết rằng, A, B và C thống nhất doanh nghiệp được thành lập sẽ do A và D (người được thuê làm giám đốc) là người đại diện theo pháp luật cho công ty.

Sonja is writing an essay about becoming a preschool teacher. complete it by correctly filling in the missing information. out of all the career choices in the career cluster, i'd like to be a preschool teacher. i love working with children, and i think it would be a rewarding career in which i could create lessons and the students prepare socially and academically for kindergarten. in order to become a preschool teacher, i'll need to complete high school and it'll also be important to work on my creativity, interpersonal, and organizational skills. i know that when i work hard to complete the academic requirements, i'll be prepared for the career path that interests me most.
