Are all criminals impulsive? How could impulsivity be used to explain white-collar and/organized crime?

I do not think ALL criminals have impulsive intentions, for example, they could be forced to do something for someone else, like steal money for a gang member because they are in debt and they don't want to die, even though they hate stealing and have not even been part of any major crimes. They could have been blackmailed into doing it even though they don't even have a criminal record.

Explanation:

Impulsivity can be used to explain white-collar crime due to the fact that the may really desire the money that get from a burglary or something precious and valuable from a home like jewelry. Some may just be plain psychopaths' and kill people for the fun of it or rob for the fun of it.
