Scenario: A company is expanding by adding five new locations across the state. Over the next few months, it plans to add at least ten employees to each location. There is a team of three people helping with the hiring and training process, and it includes a Human Resources manager, a Marketing director, and a Technology Services representative. However, the team cannot come up with a consensus on how the process should be from start to finish of getting the employees prepared for opening these new locations. How could an Instructional Designer help with this situation? What do you think some of the ID duties and responsibilities might be? (Answer should be 2 paragraphs)
