Briefly explain the facts of that case. The plaintiffs in the Bosse case argued that an agency relationship had been created with Chili's being the principal and the patron of the restaurant being the agent. Which of the four ways an agency relationship is created is most likely the kind that happened in this case? Explain. Did the court find that an agency relationship existed between the restaurant and the patron?
