How can you trust if you have to pay for it?

I feel like it isn't really worth paying for tbh. I think you can get the fullest out of w/o paying for it, and the reviews for people who've paid are not the best. I also heard their customer service is terrible. I think this is a great platform overall, but as for paying for it??? don't recommend. As for trusting?  I mean everyone needs to do their own research in addition to the resources they are given on here, because you need to be the decider if it's related to your assignment or if it's correct. I feel like this app can steer you in the right direction though.
