Lobbying spending in the us 1998-2012 based on the graph, what conclusion can be drawn about lobbying spending? lobbying is not influential in the passage of laws in congress. corporations have become less interested in lobbying. lobbying has decreased steadily over time. it has greatly increased but leveled off in recent years.
