It was the date of April 2, 1917, when the United States entered the tournament of showcasing world power as a new contender and from which many have not since inspite of many attempts that were made continuously and were able to withdraw. Until United States entered World-War 1, United States was never seen as global power and were not regarded as Great powers and not only world, The Americans themselves never thought of themselves as superpower and the beginning of American entry to the war brought the beginning of the country which then took part in Majority of the global affairs around the world. The first half of the 19th century saw the shift of powers in the world globally as there was a shift in International Balance which took place as the powers shifted from Europe to other countries of the world. Britain was one country which was ruling on the majority of the countries around the world during that period of time but the fall of Great Britain saw on governing seat vacated and the United States quickly grabbed onto the opportunity.
