One country example of the drafting is United States that has an army with small number of personnel and in order to have a large army they used army draft to fill the ranks of the army. Also weapons were created as men were trained to provide the necessary equipment for the soldiers. Also to supply food there would be an agency or organization that would assign for food supply to the soldiers in the front example of this is the United States Food Administration.
