Productivity is defined as a measure of efficiency of a person, machine, factory system, converting inputs into useful outputs.

False productivity is producing outputs that are not useful nor efficient.

An example of this scenario is: 
You are very busy doing a lot of stuff the whole day. You seem productive. But at the end of the day, you realized that everything who have done for the day is not important and does not complete any task.
