Describe the standard of living in mexico.

Extremely varied. There are wealthy zones with gated communities and there are poor zones that are like war-torn countries. Mexico has lots of traffic, crowded public transportation, corrupt police, fairly littered streets, lots of street urchins, petty crime and almost every thing you can imagine for sale on the streets by irregular stands along the sidewalks. Lots of air pollution, loud noises and political demonstrations on a daily basis.

so basically it is not clearly and consistently imposed
