How did the french monarchy view the revolutions in great britain and the united states? it felt threatened by the success of the new governments. it did not believe that the new governments would last, and it ignored them. it embraced a constitutional monarchy similar to the british government. it rewrote the french constitution to reflect ideals of the american government.
