Why did chinggis khan seek a meeting with changchun? do you think he was satisfied with the outcome of that meeting?

Chinggis Khan seeked a meeting with Changchun to put aside their differences. They did this because people are a resource and they were tired of all the deaths occurring between their 2 civilizations. I believe they both were satisfied with this outcome because after 2 years, there has not been one death due to a conflict.
