How was the middle class different after industrial revolution than it was before?

The middle class was incredibly different after the Industrialization in the sense that it became and actual class--mostly due to the fact that the lower classes had been able to "rise up" economically through finding work in the factories, thus much of the lower class became the middle class. 

True blindness may be caused by trauma to the eye, severe conjunctivitis due to  ibr (infectious bovine rhinoceros) or pink eye or other infections, leptospirosis, lead poisoning, selenium toxicity, fungal infections, vitamin a  deficiencies, rabies, vitamin b12 deficiency, neoplastic of the orbit or  conjunctiva, cataracts, congenital malformations, etc.
