What did the loyalists believe about the patriots and what they were doing during the revolution?

The loyalists believed that the patriots were in fact traitors to the Crown since they were rebelling against Great Britain. The loyalists saw no problem with the way Britain was treating the colonies. 

Do you have more info about it ? i doubt this is the answer because i don't have all the information but if trouble was brewing in a clinic maybe it was an argument as to which clinic was better or smth of that nature
