Based on the beliefs that a religion follows, it can change peoples everyday life. It effects their eating habits, sleeping habits, and many other things. Many people follow traditions that come along with their beliefs, like certain feasts or parties.
Another way that it can impact a culture is through disagreement. If there is more that one belief in the same culture, it may cause disagreements and even violence to occur.
