1. WHO WAS MARIE DALY ?

ANSWER : Marie Daly is the first African American woman to receive a doctorate in chemistry in the United States.

ANSWER : Whe Accomplished overcoming the dual hurdles of racial and gender bias, Marie Maynard Daly (1921–2003) conducted important studies on cholesterol, sugars, and proteins. ANSWER : BTB (Bromothymol blue) also known as bromothymol sulfone phthalein and BTB is a pH indicator. It is mostly used in applications that require measuring substances that would have a relatively neutral pH (near 7). A common use is for measuring the presence of carbonic acid in a liquid.
