Bills are deliberated and argued and sent to be signed. Pluralism has many different people and political beliefs looking at bills to make sure they are correct and not harmful. In the
modern era the quickest bill to pass at federal level was Do-not Call registry list and it took six
weeks (You can be put on list to avoid telemarketing calls). Most bills can take a year or more
to pass if they are agreed and debated on and pass various committees.
