How Do I Get There? In three or four complete sentences, pick ONE of the historical figures below, and tell them how to get to a given destination.

Your instructions should include:

The compass direction they will travel
The general mode of transportation--whether by land, sea, or both
What empires they will encounter along their route
AT LEAST TWO physical features they will pass (or pass through) on the way
If possible describe a trade route that they might use to arrive at their destination.

Example: Christopher Columbus in Spain asks, "How do I get to the Caribbean Sea?"
