Con base a las teorías de Platón, Aristóteles y Sócrates, la forma en la que podemos reformular nuestra vida a partir de la naturaleza es replanteando nuestras prioridades para reconocer que el ser humano es una creatura sociable y que depende de lo que suceda a su alrededor.

Sócrates enseña que los parámetros de la moral y la bondad se origina en el concepto del bien y el mal que ya existe en el interior del ser humano, y de ahí, lo expresa en conductas o acciones buenas o malas.
