The government also put a system in place to ensure that pregnant women have a safe birth. Sweden encouraged working women with families to stay in the workforce by providing flexible family options. This strategy ensured that women were not forced to choose between their careers and their families. Furthermore, Sweden emphasizes a solid health and sexual education program to help people to better understand their reproductive rights, as well as the protections and advantages accessible to them and their families.
