Select the arguments, or reasons, that Henry gives to support his main idea: The colonists have done everything they can to avoid the impending conflict. They have petitioned and protested, but they have been ignored.

The purpose of the British fleets and armies is to force the colonies further into submission.

Henry claims the world needs the colonists to exhibit freedom so other countries can be inspired and revolt.

The British told the colonists that the colonists were weak; however, by waiting until they become stronger to fight, the colonists would allow the British to gain strength and exert even more control over the colonists.

The British have sacrificed much for the colonists, so any sort of retaliation should be as gentlemen.
