In what ways have science and technology changed the lives of people today?

Science helps people to learn more about nature, humans, animals,  creating medicine, etc. It helps us to explore, observe, experience, and learn from what you know. 
 
Now, technology has changed people's lives so many ways. For example, people in these days communicate in social media. They don't have time to know what is out there in real life.People also communicate through smart phones which they carry it with them, and that is a technology we didn't have years ago.
