Why was it important that we waited a year to perform our second population estimate?

It is important to wait a year to perform our second population estimate because: we needed to see of thepopulation responded to their environment
Beside birth and death, we need to put people who move in and out of the area.  Because of this, researcher usually wait a year to measure  the amount of migration that happened.
