What did the conquistadors introduce to the new world

From my limited understanding on this topic i think the introduced horses

Guns, metal armor, swords, disease, religion specifically Catholicism, forced labor / slavery, new technologies and farming methods, fishing and hunting tools, sugar, rice and wheat, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, cats, cattle, donkeys, bees and new dog species.

They weaken the south vietnamese army.
