Is clear military organization an attribute of a civilized society? explain.

Well depends on where you sit on the spectrum. This view of militarized government is an Authoritarian Idea, if you side left of economic spectrum you are considered a communist and history gives tremendous examples of how successful it is( it isn's) on the right side you have Fascism which history show it has outcomes that make it on favourable, but civilized? yes it is if you have a mean of a mass that protects the lands you bare and the people who work them then that is civilized.
