They didnt exactly change their customs and traditions, but the physical parts changed, as they were relocated, and put into reservations. They however, kept their traditions and customs inside their reservations though.

False, although many did get change to try to fit in with the intruders, but some kept their culture. No matter what they did their land was stolen and they were pushed into territories, but over time they converted into American cultur, some still hold true to their culture, but unfortunately their culture is becoming dead and will soon disappear quickly.
