What political, economic, and social effects did world war 1 have on the united states?

Forced people to move , cultures changed , killed tons of people, wars , u.s. was joined in to try and help , trading wasn´t good with foreign countries . The United States emerged from the war as a world military and industrial leader.  

Neutrality, Militarism, and the Zimmerman note had an effect on the United States after WW1.
