HELP PLEASE The Preamble states that, in part, the Constitution was created to “promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty” for the people. That means that our government should provide opportunities for success, freedom, and happiness for its people. Do you feel as though our country is still focusing on these important ideas?
