What are two reasons why children in Africa may not go to school. Do we have this issue in America?

Reasons

1. Bullying, discrimination, racism, and abuse is a reason of children especially those who are lack of self esteem can not go to a school.

2. Poverty and socioeconomic problems is also a reason why children cannot go to school because they don't have money to use for his fees and other stuff to be payed.

It's not just in Africa or in America but also every where.
