well we know that it was fought between america and the united kingdom based on that i assume people consider the second war of independence because brtiain and england (uk)   the uk is made up of england and i assume thats why it was considered that

this is what i find out on the internet but since u r in college you should be able to do a 500 word essay. its real easy all you got to do is look up history on israel and then what ever you find make sure to add the footnote - like who wrote it and where. or you can kind of make it like a story.
