Please help :) So, the U. S Congress passed the Indian removal act to push them off their land. Some natives tried putting up a fight but failed. As of now, soldiers take some natives into small groups and take them west. To a land of equal size to Georgia.

Sir, what were the causes of Cherokee nation v. Georgia and Worcester v. Georgia? How do the cases relate to what is happening now?
In the Cherokee Nation v. Georgia, the U. S congress prepared to kick us out of our own land. We went to court to sue them for this unfair act. We the Cherokee wanted to be a separate land so that Georgia cannot enforce laws within our territory.
