1. It can show how the democratic leaders in France / Great Britain didnt do anything to stop hitler from taking Rhinland etc.. (in the picture is the bags hes walking on.). He simply just did what he want cause of the appeasement that the other countries did.

2. The other nations should never have appeased Hitler, they simply gave him what he wanted and made him even stronger. They are gave him the clarification on that the democratic leaders didnt do anything, which also meant he could go even further without them doing anything. In the end they had to as Hitler invaded Poland.

between the two modes of relations between states, i prefer the first, since i believe it is of the utmost importance to satisfy the needs of citizens and work for their development and as a last option to act on the international level.
