1. Melt your wax in paraffin wax machine, test it on the inside of your wrist before use.

2. Test the wax with toothpick to make sure it's the right temperature.

3. Dab Lanolin-based lotion into the feet and legs before soaking in paraffin wax.

4. Soak your entire foot into the wax and leave it in for 4 seconds until a layer forms

over the area.

5. Wait for the wax to get dry.

6. Repeat for 5 consecutive times and wrap with or plastic gloves and mittens.

7. Analyze carefully the listed instructions of manufacturer.

8. And after 20-30 minutes, remove the towel, plastic gloves and cooled wax.

9. Clean the feet by removing excess residue from the wax.

10. Prepare the feet for massage treatment.​
