I'm not really religious but it said that is was 'sincerity before God and man. He condemns hypocrisy as we can read from the Holy Gospel of Matthew 6:1-8. If we say with our mouths that we are Christians, we must make sure that our daily wordings match with our intents.'

I guess it basically means stay true and have faith. Be a good person and show it through your actions.
