Can someone edit this and add more sentences or edit it.. this is about would u rather be a patriot or loyalist. Also can u add a conclusion tyy. That's a tough question to answer, both Loyalists and Patriots fought for a similar thing... equality. Myself, I would go for the Patriots. Patriots wanted more than equality, they also wanted freedom. They no longer wanted anything to do with the British rules, they wanted a change. The Patriots wanted everybody to have an input on the rules, and agree on them.
Since I am a woman, in 1775 women did not have all the rights we do now. We were practically forced to stay home, and weren't allowed to do many things because of our gender. Patriots fought for freedom and equality, and in my situation, I agree with both and it would really benefit how I would live and how I would make a living.
Continuing on the topic before, I believe in fairness, equality, and most of all, freedom. I have goals in my life, and I would not be able to get over half done without these things. The bare necessities. It is unfair that some people would have an upper hand just because of his or her skin color, gender, identification, and financial status.
As a 14 year old girl, life would be hard in 1775, with no freedom, equality, or choice. Many young girls during this time never got the chance to live their lives fully because they were girls, young, and maybe even because of their skin colors. My financial status isnt at its highest right now, this would just bring me down even more. We should all have the same starting point.
