Describe the relationship between educational attainment and voter participation. Can someone please help me?

United states v. reynolds stands for all of the following, except: question 6 options: a) parents may not withhold medical treatment even if they have a good faith religious belief against such treatment. b) human sacrifice may be banned by the government without violating religious freedom. c) polygamy may be banned by the government even when it is required by a religious practice. d) women in polygamous marriages do not have the right to vote.

Is karma the same as destiny, in the sense that everything that happens to you is predetermined? do you believe that "what goes around comes around," and if so is this the same as karma? does everyone get what they deserve, in the end?
