You are a U. S. reporter covering one of the revolutions in Latin America (don’t forget Haiti). You will be writing an article. Your article must include who the leader(s) is, what is the cause of the revolution, who is fighting, and the outcome.
Next, write your opinion of the revolution. Do you think it was a success, should these people have fought, if you were the leader; what would you do differently? Last, what are your hopes for the people after independence?
