Please show your work for this question. I honestly don't understand the question. I need the answer really soon, it's for my finals.

Step 1: 7x + y = 10x - 4

          -7          -7

         0   +   y =   3x - 4

Then you would go to the graph move down 4 times and the go left 3 times. Then you would continue that process until you cannot anymore. Then you go back to where you started and do the same thing but this time you move up 4 times and then right 3 times. then draw a line and bam your done!
