Since we are talking about a federal crime, and you wan't to prove your innocence, I bet we must include the first option : Appeal to the federal circuit court as such situations should be solved directly in this sphere. 
The second step is obviously Appeal to the Supreme Court if the circuit court upholds your conviction, this organ is not as powerful as the previous but you have a possibility to ask supreme cour if you were refused in the circuit.
