What are some positives and negatives about black history month

well there were some black people who we can still remember. Martin Luther king, Harriet Tubman. There is some more but i can't think of them right now, but these two people made history.  

positives are that this day reminds martin luther king and talks about blacks rights. negatives there are racist pepole and being racist is not good its mean and hurts blacks.
