PLS DONT SKIP! 20 POINTS! WRITE YOUR OWN DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE
It is possible to see in The Declaration of Independence a Five-Part Structure:
1) An Introduction/Preamble which answers the question: Why are we writing this document? What reasons do you believe you should declare your independence?

2) A Philosophical Foundation which answers the question: What gives us the right to declare our independence? What beliefs about your independence do you have?

3) A List of Grievances which answers the question: How have our basic rights been violated? List the person/persons to whom you are addressing your complaints, and what you specifically are complaining about.
4) An Explanation of Previous Actions which answers the question: What have we already done to solve our problems up to this point? List the ways in which you have already tried to address your complaints.
5) A Resolution which answers the question: What do we now intend to do? Describe how you want things to change as a result of this Declaration. (From “We, therefore…”) How would you want things to change if you became independent?
