Cultural Revolution was the movement that urged on preserving communism and the Communist party in China with the leader Mao Zedong on the top. It wanted to change the capitalistic and traditional elements of Chinese ideas and life into the ones that are always connected with Mao’s character and thought. This was titled Maoism.
