The Reformation was a time of massive change within European society. The changes that occurred went on to affect all of the world and its' history (see, the Puritans coming to America, Jesuits going to South America, etc). Think of a moment in your life that changed you the most. What was the event? How was your life different before the event, and how did your life change? Did the event lead to other changes happening in your life? What were they?
