Exam gives us stress and proper planning and hard work eliminates the stress before the exams.

Explanation:

Everybody in life has to face exam one time or the other. It is process or a test to evaluate once academic potentials. Exams are very stressful and most of the people do not perform well in the exams due to the stress.

However there are some tricks and tips by which the exam stress can be lowered. Two of the tips that I would like to follow before my exams are :

1.Firstly, take a good revision of my studies before my exam. This will help me to understand and memorize my theories that I have studied. It will reduce my anxiety and increase my level of confidence to appear the exam.

2. Secondly, take a proper sleep, the night before the exam. having a sound sleep before exam day will keep my brain healthy and I can attempt the exam well. I will feel energetic and enthusiastic for my exam. It is considered as a critical part of learning. A good sleep helps the brain to consolidate what we have studied.
