Native American women collaborated and worked with men to survive, as did the cooking, making clothes and taking care of children.

The men did the hunting, making weapons and raiding.In some Native American tribes, women played a significant role as the head lady (a chieftess ) of the tribe in making decisions. Indigenous Native Americans were the inhabitants of the New World. Native Indians had their customs and laws, which were different from Europeans.

Therefore we can conclude that Native American women played a significant role in society.
