Honestly, I don't really "Look" for a girl, I just get to know a person, and then if I like what kind of person they are, then I know that she's the person for me. Then I ask her out. But honestly, my advice is not to take other people's advice. Just be yourself, and then if the person likes you, then you know that they like you for you, not just that they like what somebody else told you to do.
