Non-cultural races that do not believe in the same beliefs, religion, clothing style, etc.

One example is America with nationalism, when Chinese Americans were not seen as Americans, so that it why the Chinese Americans built Chinatowns were they were not discriminated for there race because in Chinatowns everyone had the same culture as others around Chinatown.
