What were some of the differences between the all-white and all-African American schools in Clarendon County?

The difference between these two schools was that the all-white schools had the up to date books an material to get a good education. the all-American schools didn't they had to use out of date books an old material which didn't give the the benefit to have a good education like the whites did.
