What other ways might states find to deny African Americans the right to vote under the Fifteenth Amendment?

A terrible and bloody Civil War freed enslaved Americans. The Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution (1868) granted African Americans the rights of citizenship. However, this did not always translate into the ability to vote. Black voters were systematically turned away from state polling places. To combat this problem, Congress passed the Fifteenth Amendment in 1870.

what if dreaming is our natural state, and we only wake to collect information for our dreams.

if we were to fully devote our bodies, minds, and consciousness to dreaming, how far would it go? we could essentially reach a new plain of existence were we here in these bodies are sleeping, but an entire universe of endless possibilities, happening right in our head.

that could be the way we reach some of these scientific feats that we all seem to want. we could connect to many other things. that could be the way we connect to extra-terrestrial, and even spirits of the dead.

dreaming is something that humans take for ranted, when really, it could be the key to the universe.
