In 1833, The American Antislavery Society adopted its Declaration of Sentiments. The Declaration was written by William Lloyd Garrison, an American abolitionist. Read the Declaration of Sentiments. For this assignment, you will write your own Declaration of Sentiments for a current or past human rights issue. Some examples of human rights issues that you may choose include (but aren’t limited to):
